LÉRA currently ships across Canada. Additional destinations will become available as we continue to expand.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Yes. Every LÉRA formula is designed to fit naturally into an everyday beauty routine with comfortable textures and effortless application.

Every formula is reviewed and manufactured according to applicable cosmetic manufacturing standards before becoming part of the LÉRA collection.
Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us with your order number and photos of the package and product. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate solution.
Payments
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by our secure checkout.
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe using industry-standard encryption. LÉRA does not store your payment information.
