Canada only, for now. Checkout will ask for a Canadian address. We'll say so loudly on the site when that changes.

Standard shipping is $6 flat, and free on orders over $35. We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days and most arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.

Yes. As soon as it ships you get an email with the tracking number, and you can check it any time on the Track Order page using your order number and the email you used at checkout.

If it hasn't been packed yet, email info@lerabeaute.com with your order number and we'll sort it. Once a parcel has left with the carrier we can't change the address or cancel it.

Create an account and your first order comes with your choice of 15% off everything in your bag, or a free product: the Lip Sleeping Mask in Vanilla or Rose, or the Red Tea Mask. You choose in your bag before checkout. It's one or the other, once per account, and there's no code to enter, so it can't be lost or shared. Your first order ships free, too.

Signed-in members earn 1 point for every $1 they spend. Every 100 points is $10 off a future order, and you choose when to use them from your bag before checkout.

Points can be used on any order, including your first. The first-order offer is 15% off or a free gift, not both, and it doesn't stack with a site-wide sale; if a sale is on, you get the sale price and the offer stays on your account for a later order.

Pick any three or more products and they ship together at 10% off. Four items is 13% off, five is 18%, six or more is 20%. It's the cheapest way to try everything.

It's our whole philosophy in three words. Beauty doesn't have an age, it doesn't have a “should”, and it was never something to fix. So we don't sell products for an age, we don't name flaws to sell cures, and nothing we make is meant to turn you into someone new. The full version is on our Philosophy page.

No. It has a glossy finish but settles to a cushiony feel rather than a tacky one. Not being sticky was the whole brief.

Yes, all of them. No animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing.

A generous layer on your lips before bed, and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wipe or rinse away whatever's left. Vanilla and Rose are the same formula; the only difference is the scent.

Opened or used products can't be returned, for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout runs on Stripe.

Yes. Stripe handles the payment page and your card details. We never see or store your card number.
