Here's what happens between checkout and your door.

One flat rate wherever you are. Spend $35 or more and it's free. The bag page tells you how far off you are.
Packed in 1 to 2 business days
Orders placed on a weekday are usually on their way the next business day. Weekend orders go out Monday or Tuesday.
Delivered in 3 to 7 business days
Faster in and around big cities, a little longer further out or during the holidays. You get a tracking number the moment it ships.
The details
The fine print, kept short.
We pack on business days, not weekends or holidays. Around a launch or a sale it can take a day longer than usual, and we'll say so on the site if it does.
The shipping rate and estimate are shown at checkout before you pay. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is theirs, and weather or peak season can add a day or two.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it, and we can't take responsibility for a parcel sent to an address that was typed wrong.
Where we ship
Canada only, for now.
Checkout will ask for a Canadian address. We get asked about the US a lot and it's on the list; when it happens, it'll be the first thing on the homepage.
Tracking
Two emails, then your door.
One when you order, one with the tracking number when it ships. You can also look any order up on the Track Order page with your order number and email.

Order placed
You get a confirmation email with your order number within a few minutes.

Packed
Within 1 to 2 business days. Everything goes in one box, with a sticker.

Shipped
The carrier scans it in and you get the tracking number by email.

Delivered
3 to 7 business days later, give or take the weather.
Lost, late or damaged
Tell us and we'll chase it.
If tracking has stalled, the box arrived damaged, or it says delivered and it isn't there, email us your order number and we'll take it up with the carrier. If it's genuinely lost, we replace it.
